I still haven’t yet put everything back ‘where it should be’ as the kitchen cupboard configuration has changed slightly so I am pondering where ’should be’ is now going to be before I start shifting tubs, packets, jars and tins.

Nor have I replaced all of the baking supplies, nuts and the more interesting dried items which had to be thrown out when everything was evicted from that half of the kitchen. Not everything had to be chucked, fortunately, but it takes either a big shop or a little time to collect it all together again to my usual siege-resisting levels of stock!
